faulty compressor cracked my a.c. Coil and had it replaced only to have it crack the new coil 6 weeks later.. Even under warranty this was a costly repair and company is charging me again after manufacturer refused to cover damage. Technicians said this was a know problem and should have replace the compressor with the coil the first time. I was a loyal customer to first Charlotte and had them install a.c.
