They literally lock you in the store when you walk in and then proceed to help all the Latino customers that enter the store after you. I’m not Latino. All I wanted to purchase was a dvd player and they didnt even bother to offer assistance. The store wasn’t even busy at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning.
I don't know about yall but this is my #1 go to place when I need some extra cash. Best pawn shop in oak cliff. I have never had an issue and we been using this spot for years.
They are sorry excuse for employees. They want you to jump through all these dam hoops just to get your property back. Will never do business here again!
They never answer the phone!!! I drove up there & literally saw 2 employees just entertained with their personal devices, so i texted my daughter whom is waiting for me outside to call the store.. They heard the phone ringing & not 1 of them moved or stopped what they were doing to answer.. They need to get new employees who actually want to work.. & yet I’m still looking dumb waiting for them to ask me if I need help with something..
