This place has fictitious charged me for dates that I have never been seen here. I continue to get a bill for services that I have not received. They schedule appointments on their own. I really think it’s a scam somehow cause when I call it’s just foreign voices asking me to hold and they will call me back. I may have to get a lawyer just to handle this issue.
Nearly $200 just to get in the door for a first-time visit WITH INSURANCE is absurd. Was looking for a new primary for quarterly ADHD visits & med refills. I was only told AFTER paying the "new patient fee" that they only do monthly visit and refills, per office policy. Even if reoccurring visits only cost a portion of the first time fee, there's absolutely no point paying that every month when better facilities and doctors can accommodate a normal ADHD visit & refill schedule. Please forward this to the office manager of the Rock Hill office my visit today way amazing Tiffany Moffat has the best greeting of all she always has a smile and is very compassionate every time I visit her office, she is the spark of life in that office from the initial greeting to check out I really appreciate the rock hill staff
My first time visiting first care was such a good experience. The whole staff is accommodating and welcoming but one staff member really stood out and went above and beyond for my son and I. Ms. Shanika Cooke is exceptional upfront staff and she turned a very stressful experience for me into something very positive.
