This is where it all started and why I went over to the Matthews Clinic. One of the doctors here decided they were going to put some false information into my file I asked for that information to be removed I was told no that it was needed so I could be treated. I had to go to a supervisor over all the clinics to have this removed and at that point in time they help me get over to the Matthews Clinic well around and around I go and I tried to make an appointment with a different doctor here at the Parker Road Clinic.
