After the passing of my grandmom, we knew the house that we all grew up in had to go🥹🥹; but Jevone from First Capital Homes made that process smooth. It was a very emotional journey. She was very passionate and sincere. She was always communicative when it came to updates and new information. Selling your home comes with so many mixed emotions….. and when it’s the only home you have ever lived in, that makes those emotions more intense. Jevan St. John was consistent, always very helpful and kept us abreast of everything that was taking place with the property. She dealt with all the legal aspects and ensured that everything went smoothly. In addition, Ms. St. John is a very respectful and knowledgeable person.
From Beginning to end Ms St. John representative kept us informed of the process status and was very knowledgeable. She really tried to meet our needs. When we didn’t agree with something she advocated for us. She also was relentless with getting our house sold for us.
I had a great experience working with Jevone and her team with the estate process and sale of my uncles property. Jevone went above and beyond to help get all the proper paperwork filed and processed and also dealing with removal of squatters in a timely manor. Thank you again to Jevone and her team for all of the time and effort that was put into the estate. 5 stars are not enough more like 10
