Beware. I met Eric at my home, he completed his inspection at that point. He was completely professional and very pleasant to deal with. Following his inspection he made an offer of $240,000 for the home and provided us with a written agreement that was signed and returned. We were scheduled to close on July 8. When I did not hear from him until that date I reached out and he responded that he could no longer offer the agreed upon $240,000 and could only give us $177,000.
