Honest and professional. Amazing how some of the best people I've met work in human crap. Seriously good guys. On time, polite, and did I mention honest? Here is ONE example: They came out to pump and replace an alarm float. When they went to do the float, Chris found that the float was fine, it was just a connection that was bad. So glad I called First Call Septic. (Although they were not my first call but were my second.) The first company stood me up 3 times. From now on it will be only First Call. This company is awesome. The men are friendly and professional. I thought honest businesses were a thing of the past but I am happy to say it is alive and well in First Call Septic.

Great company, nice guys, took care of my problems even with the horrible weather we had. Very happy.
If you need someone who's quick, honest and thorough, you must call First Call Septic. I received a notice, those dreaded notices from the county, that I needed to have my tank inspected. I contacted First Call and within days, they were able to come out. Thank goodness, because our system was at the brink of failure. First Call took care of everything in a timely manner which saved us $$$$ if the system had failed. Thank you to Ronnie and his crew for a great job and for preventing future problems!!
