First Call Septic Service went above and beyond to provide prompt and courteous help with a rather urgent septic issue. They were professional, polite, hardworking and kind. They explained things and answered questions while they were here, only charged for what they actually did, didn't push for services I didn't need, and even promptly returned a phone call afterwards to answer a question about an issue they identified with the system. On time, technician was excellent, fair price.
These guys are easily the most professional and dedicated septic crew in the Northwest. I've watched them crawl into a septic tank in high summer, while sick, and still get the job done right. They are extremely courteous and they keep their trucks clean. I never thought I'd actually look forward to getting my tank inspected and pumped, but this crew is a pleasure to work with.
I recently had Ronnie inspect the septic at the house I was looking at buying. He was prompt , professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and most of all. Honest. When I said I was thinking of just replacing it all. He said no. That I didn't need to go to that expense. Not many people would do that if they were looking at potentially making several thousands dollars! You have a client for life�! And by the way. I got the keys to my 'new house n will be calling to have you come put that riser in for me!

This is my second time using First call for my septic inspection and will use them again the next time. I appreciate them working around my schedule and the day before call to confirm as well as the call when the guy was on the way.
First Call is the only call to make when it comes to #2! They have serviced my rental property in Vancouver and figured out issues that other companies couldn't! Came out at 10 P.M. when the toilets backed up and got it working, returned the following day and completed repairs for my pump instead of trying to sell me a "new system". I only wish I didn't waste time with the other companies, First Call is the LAST CALL you will need to make!
