i CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 45 MINUTES. Kevin fixed the problem with backup pipes. Very pleased with the work done. Will call them again if I need work done!!!!!!!
Saturday morning service bright and early - Kevin found a way to fix a leaking complex series of connections (old polybutylene) with copper. This is the second time they've been over and did a great job both times. Showed me the fault, told me how it got that way, and gave options on repairs with recommendations for future considerations. From now on, they're are the only call I'll make.
