I'm only giving 2 stars because all the nurses were nice but they didn't all know how to wrap a wound properly some were very sloppy and almost rushed way too bulky I always rewrapped when those ones left my main problem is they seem to just drop patients with no warning or explanation my mom was discharged from the hospital and they sent a referral for her to continue getting the wound care and things she needed but they told the care management that they weren't taking her back but they refused to give the lady at the hosp... read more

Working for First Call Home Health was one of the worst employment experiences I’ve ever had. In just three months, I saw enough dysfunction, disorganization, and lack of professionalism to know I needed to leave. Communication was terrible, expectations constantly changed, and employees were treated as if they were disposable rather than valued people. I am very pleased with the excellent care I get from First Call home health. My caregiver goes above and beyond taking care of all I need. % on top of things. From my care to my apartment being cleaning and my laundry. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
