I worked for them. One shift and it didn’t work out. I got 2 full time jobs in the meantime and put in my notice. The owners are a mother and son who claim to be Christian yet charge clients thousands of dollars prior to providing services. They harass bedbound clients on Medicaid that if they "complain" about anything they will drop their services. I witnessed several nurses arrive to clients homes and not wash their hands before performing catheter insertions and wound care. They do not care about clients. They care about money. I can't share enough good things about the care teams - PT, OT, Nursing - as well as ibgake and just general customer service. They have been an absolute Godsend of care and information for our parent and for our whole family as we navigate through a difficult new reality with our parent's health. We feel like a team working with them, and they just could not be nicer or more caring.
I had this company for my husband after his stroke. I was happy with a few people within the company but the company as a whole I have not been real happy with. PT spent half their time looking up stuff on their phone trying to find devices to better assist when that time would be better spent actually working with the patient. The excuse given for that is they don't get paid to do that any other time. This is not an acceptable answer to me. Also PT did not come out as often as OT, even when requested.
