I had this company for my husband after his stroke. I was happy with a few people within the company but the company as a whole I have not been real happy with. PT spent half their time looking up stuff on their phone trying to find devices to better assist when that time would be better spent actually working with the patient. I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience with someone representing First Call. I reached out to express continued interest in a position, and the response I received was unnecessarily harsh, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. Instead of simply clarifying expectations or offering feedback constructively, the person chose to criticize my timing and background in a dismissive tone. Ask them about if they did patient transfers because they own an airplane, and their answer is just to hang up on you and say we're not interested, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand's doing or if I am incorrect, please forgive me.But that's not how you answer.A question
