First Call Contractors was recommended to me by a friend. However, their pricing appears to be driven by insurance payouts rather than actual repair costs. The amount my insurance approved for the roof damage did not align with their estimate, which was significantly higher. Because of this, I can’t recommend moving forward with them.

After wind damage to my home, I reached out to several roofing companies for estimates, including First Call Contractors. My initial conversations were straightforward and professional. As the process went on, their estimate was significantly higher than both the estimate from my insurance company and those from other contractors I contacted. I hired Gardeners now rebranded as First Call to replace my kitchen cabinets. On top of them being the most expensive, I went with them. The work was ok but their workers stole expensive liquor from my garage. They took the expensive bottles and left the open or cheap stuff behind I had to to empty my cabinets out and put the liquor in the garage. They used my garage daily to stage their equipment etc and during that time stole my liquor. Their workers cannot be trusted neither do they have the legal right to work in the US.... read more

Great experience working with FCC. Brian was always available to discuss the process of making a claim with insurance company. He documented all the damage from recent hail storm and even met with the adjuster. It went smoothly and efficiently. Great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!
