I cannot say enough good things about First Call! They are professional in every way. Their communication is excellent and they arrive on time. It's usually a very stressful time when I've used them and they always put me at ease. They are there to handle the problem and they do it efficiently and effectively. They are consummate professionals!

The company did a great job of managing the work that was done in my home over a 6 month time frame. It was a big job but it was handled with care and all the people in and out of our home were respectful and nice. Even though there was issues in the end with the billing, The owner stepped up and made it right! The nice office staff ladies helped handle stuff and Armondo and Josh were great to work with.. Top notch organization!

I have had the experience of working with First Call twice in the past 2 years. They are professional and truly seem to care about me and my situation. My insurance company had no problem with their very detailed estimate and paid for the entire job. We have had a great experience, especially with Project Manager Josh Waldron! About a week before Christmas an upstairs toilet overflowed overnight, leaking into the hallway/bedrooms and through to the downstairs. It was terrible timing. First Call was recommended to us on the Mebane community page. Josh walked us through the whole process, start to finish, and was better at answering my questions than the insurance company. This company was hired to remodel a bathroom for a disabled veteran. We were given a verbal quote for the renovation but once work was started to the bathroom, we had to beg First Call give us a written proposal stating the amount for the project. After two to two and a-half week into the renovation, we were given a written proposal which came in higher than what we were first told. Not too much, but there was an approximately $2000 increase. Remodeling our house. Called first call to see if they were interested. Work started soon after. Even doing the work during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Spoke with my project manager Josh Waldron almost daily.( sometimes multiple times a day) lol.� Love my kitchen and master bathroom. Would recommend them to everyone.
