The company did a great job of managing the work that was done in my home over a 6 month time frame. It was a big job but it was handled with care and all the people in and out of our home were respectful and nice. Even though there was issues in the end with the billing, The owner stepped up and made it right! The nice office staff ladies helped handle stuff and Armondo and Josh were great to work with.. Top notch organization!
I have had the experience of working with First Call twice in the past 2 years. They are professional and truly seem to care about me and my situation. My insurance company had no problem with their very detailed estimate and paid for the entire job. We have had a great experience, especially with Project Manager Josh Waldron! About a week before Christmas an upstairs toilet overflowed overnight, leaking into the hallway/bedrooms and through to the downstairs. It was terrible timing. First Call was recommended to us on the Mebane community page. Josh walked us through the whole process, start to finish, and was better at answering my questions than the insurance company. RecommendedRemodeling our house. Called first call to see if they were interested. Work started soon after. Even doing the work during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Wow! I couldn't believe how quickly First Call responded when I called about water in the basement. Less than an hour! They did a great job. Definitely recommend this business.
