I received excellent service from this company. My appointment was scheduled for the same day and they even came to my home at no addidtinol charge. The repair tech was professional and even showed up fot our appointment about 10 minutes early. I recieved a call the next day from Betty, who was confirming my satisfaction with the work performed.

Betty was very helpful and pleasant and offered to do all the paperwork for my insurance company for my claim. The tech Pat did a phenominal job at replacing my windshield he did it quickly and showed up on time.
A few months ago I had a defective windshield installed by a shady windshield company. Pat, the owner of first call autoglass went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. The windshield is so clear its almost like I don't have a windshield, a big improvement over the one I had installed by brothers autoglass.
