My deductible was only $75.00 because they billed through my insurance company.
I appreciated the referal from Brads Auto Repair. I needed a door glass replaced in my 2006 Corolla. I was suprised that a few shops said it would take a day or two to get one in. When I called Firt Call Betty, the appiontment setter had sent atechnician out the same afternoon. he was polite and professional I believe his name was Pat. I liked the fact I was not charged for the mobile service. I hope I dont need window replacement for any reason again, but if I do I will surely call them back.
Drove past on my way home from work to get a estimate, First Call was so reasonable that I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They replaced the windshield in my 2011 BMW.

Due to the storm yesterday, I had to have my windshield replaced. I made a claim with my insurance agent and was given the information for First Call. When I arrived, Betty called my agent and they began replacing my windshield. It was very easy process due the friendly customer service by Betty and the technician who did the work. Much thanks to everyone!
