I had a very disappointing experience with this urologist, Dr. Akary. I sought care because I've been dealing with recurring urinary symptoms and persistent right-sided flank and lower back pain. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I felt dismissed and was told there was "nothing wrong" without any meaningful explanation. My CT urogram was never reviewed with me in detail. Discriminated against my disability. Refused to treat for urinary tract infections. Refused to do life saving surgeries for me. Backed and supported an unprofessional unethical urologist by the name of Ian Fauconier that they later fired but not before he discriminated and retaliated against me for personal reasons.
At least an hour and a half wait every time I have to come.
