Ronnie was a pleasure to work with. He made the entire loan process easy to understand and we felt very comfortable that we were in good hands. We were kept informed throughout the way of all of our options, each step, and what actions we needed to take as well as helping us to understand why we were doing so. He was very patient and was happy to walk us through the advantages and drawbacks of all of our options. We are extremely happy with our service!
Great team of people, very responsive and helpful. As borrowers, we all need to remember that it is our job to get the underwriter whatever they ask for to get the loan approved. We can't expect them to change their requirements or procedures on a dime. We want a loan, they want to lend us the money, let's work together to make it happen! Team Madrid was excellent!!
