Bad management, slow response time, terrible service. Is there anything good I can say about Worst Avenue Realty? No, other than the price of my monthly lease, which they don't really control. I just filled out another one of my "Service Requests" forms because the Property Manager is negligent and the person who was filling in for him no longer works there, but Service Requests don't even send you an acknowledgement e-mail. We've been dying in the apartment without A/C and multiple occasions and FAR will scramble to "help" ... read more
Very frustrating as an out-of-state owner of a Dallas property. Can't get a response from anyone regarding a rental unit appears to be totally mismanaged. Can't even confirm I still have a tenant occupying the unit!
Bad management, bad tenants, bad accounting. They allowed tenants to trash my property and overstay their lease with no repercussions. Then they let me property sit empty for 3+ months, yet charged me for the make ready. I fired them and hired a new management company and they got it rented within a few days, and are getting 25% more in rent. Do not use First Avenue Realty to manage your property.
