Horrible customer service, would not recommend. Representatives are rude, owner is rude, for anybody attempting to purchase a car from them, I Would HIGHLY not recommend.
Total scam artist don't buy anything from these dirt bags!!! They will sell you junk and if you take your car to be repaired make sure it's already junk otherwise that's how they will return it!! If it's a newer nicer car you'll never see it again because they are thieves. They will either steal all the newer parts and replace them with old ones or they will steal the whole car loom them up on BBB they have 1 star. This place is a fraud and trash please do your self a favor and stay away!!!
This place and the owner are straight scam artist they will fix your car and break 4 other things so you keep going back they are worse than the whole scam with perfect auto years ago look it up stay away from first auto don't buy the lemons they sell and don't go there for repairs. My daughter is a influencer on so many social media platforms. She will be revealing the truth behind these scam artist on YouTube Tik Tok and on IG. I called to ask if they could press a wheel hub bearing and got a very unsure “ummmm…. We shou..… yeah” and I asked again and said “that doesn’t sound to sure, I would be taking just” and the guy on the phone cuts me off and says “aight” and hangs up on me. I was going to say I was just taking the hubs and bearings themselves and trusts all I needed. Very unprofessional just because a customer wanted to know whether you for sure could or could not do something before driving over. “Aight” someone else will get business
Not only did they have the part that I needed they also got the job done within two hours, got it done for a deal and I was able to wait there. If you need some help give him your business.
