After reading all of these other reviews I was surprised at the poor experience we had. Maybe we had a different escrow closer than these others but our experience was exactly that- poor. Our agent was quite short, brash and rude both via communication and on the actual day of. She spent half of her time ( while we were sitting in her office) working on another families closing the same day and seemed to just throw papers at us so she could be finished.
