We took our titles in to be reviewed in August. After a couple months of hearing nothing about the progress, we called. We were told that the legal department had the documents. We continued calling after extended periods of time and were given the run-around. Now over 7 months after initiating this work, another call was made. We were told our documents were in the mail. After a couple more weeks, and a few more phone calls, our doc's were finally overnighted. Not acceptable.
