The first American title insurance company was extremely helpful with our first time buying a home. They answered so many questions and were always quick to respond. Closed earlier than the targeted date! Excellent customer service.
So Whitney and her team had the pleasure of handling the closing on our home. So everything was good for about the first month . Then out of the blue we get a call from our lender that the wire transfer was rejected because Whitney and her team hadn’t followed the proper procedures from our lender required prior to sending payment.
