Where to start. I’d give a ZERO rating if that was an option. Recently I was the seller of the property and after I had a signed purchase agreement, the buyer was allowed to give a personal check on a closed bank account for the earnest money. The funds by contract were supposed to be secured within 48 hours of the signed purchase agreement. Terrible closing experience. They were extremely slow with the documents and only sent the buyers the ALTA on the morning of the original closing date. Resulting in the buyers not having enough time to wire the funds and had to delay closing. And they put the extra day’s costs on me WITHOUT MY PERSONAL CONSENT.
