very very poor service...shocking in fact....
Three weeks ago I attended a settlement with my sister in law. To my surprise the Buyer was not present for settlement. This seemed odd to me. Nevertheless the Title company agent proceeded to have my sister in law sign all the papers for the sale of her property. Later, I overheard the Title Company Agent tell my sister in law's Realtor that she did not have funding from the buyer! Now, its three weeks later and the buyer's still have not been funded.
