AC still not fixed no urgency, no accountability, and no real support I submitted a maintenance request for my AC. The first vendor found a refrigerant leak and notified management. Instead of authorizing a proper repair, they told him to just refill it. A week later, the AC still wasn’t cooling. I submitted another request—this time I was told to contact the same vendor, who was out of town. I called multiple times no emergency number, no answering service, just voicemail. I have been renting my town house with this company for 3 years now and every aspect of renting has been a breeze. Everyone is this company has been polite and helpful. What prompted this review was my amazing experience with a company that helps with maintenance, Lux Construction. They redid my backyard fence and backdoor. The work is beautiful and was done so quickly. On top of that they took into consideration my schedule and always stayed in communication. I recently had the wooden portion of my fence replaced. This was a great experience. They arrived in a timely manner, removed the rotten old fence & quickly replaced it with a beautiful new fence. The fence supports are metal set in quikcrete & the slats are wide. When the fence was complete, all the remnants of the old fence were removed. The 2 workers were friendly & competent.
