First of all, if you are READY they are ready. We were in our place 2.5 weeks after We applied and the property was just as pictured and described. It was HASSLE FREE and no hidden charges! Do not rent from property managements like this I just saw a posting on zillow for them because I am looking for a place in that area and saw their qualifications seems like they deny you for everything if you need a gurantor your gurantor has to have a 650 credit score and make five times the rent like who makes five times the rent only of your rich so basically of your fixing your credit and have more then 3 collections your denied, you have any repossession your denied basically you have under a 600 credit score DENIED an... read more
