I would not recommend using this Title company - I unfortunately inherited them for my listing. Tracey emailed me asking me to do the tax search for this transaction which Realtors do not do; Tracey did not honor my clients wish to have their profits wire transferred from the sale even though the proper paperwork was completed in advance.
