My parents and I use First American Property Management for our family home that we are renting out. We tried to do it ourselves for awhile, but it proved to be quite challenging. We talked to Ray and found out how inexpensive it would be and much less stress it would be for us and we jumped on it. At almost a year now, we could not be happier that we had them take over. Ray is a great manager. His knowledge about property management is very reliable. When there are problems, he knows how to troubleshoot. He has very good personal skills as well. Highly recommended!
