THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER SEE A CENT BACK!!!!! WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING OUT CLIENTS THEY SIMPLY DENY YOUR CLAIM AND THEY DO NOT CARE THAT THEY ARE NOT RIGHT! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND AN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT PAYS YOU WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMS!!! I contacted First American Property Casualty Insurance Company AKA First American Specialty Insurance Company at the end of June. I had a horrible experience with this unprofessional company! Actually, my experience was very similar to this other review! My Ins. Adjuster ignored my calls until I left several vm mess that my next step would be to contact his supervisor and even then my issues with them were still unresolved. I lost months of rent from my income property due to the condition of the water damage in my kitchen. It blows my mind that anyone would conduct business in this fashion. I was working with one of their representatives, Lisa Wood, who apparently has fallen of the face of the earth. She has completely stopped following up and has failed to return any of my numerous phone calls. It has now been well over six weeks and there is still no resolution to my claim.
