I've had several experiences. As a realtor selling property in wheatland chugwater area I've always been treated like a king. They are great.

Very rude. Very rude. The customer service is really poor and the agency is so rude. I was so embarrassed because they always say "I'll call you back soon." I called 6 times and I had to change every receiver. My contract was maintaining one year and 2 month and I have asked for refunding because I paid for two full year. Jackie at complete title was very helpful and courteous. She went out of her way to help me find older documents, made copies and seemed to actually care. She went out of her way for us and we are very grateful!!
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER SEE A CENT BACK!!!!! WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING OUT CLIENTS THEY SIMPLY DENY YOUR CLAIM AND THEY DO NOT CARE THAT THEY ARE NOT RIGHT! I had a horrible experience with this unprofessional company! Actually, my experience was very similar to this other review! My Ins. Adjuster ignored my calls until I left several vm mess that my next step would be to contact his supervisor and even then my issues with them were still unresolved. I lost months of rent from my income property due to the condition of the water damage in my kitchen. Since purchasing a home is one of the biggest commitments you will ever make in your life, you want to use people who are going to do it right, not people who will screw up. We used Mid Valley Title, and they sent our paperwork to the wrong place, causing close of our escrow to be delayed an entire week.
