My experience at this urgent care was disappointing . Front desk and PA were rude. Terri Whiting was the PA I don’t know how even she became a PA and they call her a Doctor , first she needs to learn manner . I don’t recommend this Urgent care . Unprofessional and rude no wonder they have so many negative reviews.

I did not have a good experience at this location they typically do nothing. I came in with extreme pain and they just tried to get me out with pills
It was horrible! I went in because I had a cough, a sore throat, a fever, chest pain, and wheezing—since I have asthma. The doctor saw me and examined me; she shoved a tongue depressor way down my throat, then stuck her finger in, and actually scratched my throat with her fingernail. She got angry, and when my aunt asked the translator to tell her to explain what was going on, the doctor just laughed at my aunt.
