I think this place is in a great location. Only thing I'd like to see is the play ground be re modeled because it is a very big safety hazard to children with broken rusty swings, screws sticking out every where, slide is about to break and the floor boards are missing in the play house structure. I took my son their as new tenants and he was very sad of its condition.
