I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. The owner displays unprofessional behavior, often yelling at employees whether customers are present or not. I brought my car in for a routine tune-up, expecting them to replace all 6 spark plugs and one coil. First off, I was shocked when they only replaced the front 3 spark plugs and claimed they couldn't get to the back ones. What kind of mechanic can’t get to the back plugs on a 6-cylinder engine?
