Belle was wonderful. She solved the problem and emailed the details of remote model we needed and sent details on how to code the remote as well.

I had a very positive experience speaking to Belle today regarding a garage door quotation. B and D have been around for a very long time and it is lovely to know that after all these years, it is still going today strong. An Australian Icon, I highly recommend.
Called B&D because I had programmed my garage door remotes wrongly. Belle answered the phone quickly and was so considerate. She knew the process and what might have happened and organised for a service visit. She was really friendly, helpful and I felt like she cared about working the problem out for me.
