I dont think I have the correct words to express how fantastic this place is. Myself and my kids come here to work through some stuff and its been healing in so many ways. Every single staff member we have met or just spoken to have been an absolute joy to work with. Im so glad our doctor suggested coming here. If you are thinking about therapy andmught be a little nervous, like i was, please just give them a call. They are kind and so helpful!

Firm Foundations has provided excellent counseling. We had a persistent issue with one of our children that we had not been able to resolve for over a year, and within the first 2 visits we saw dramatic improvement. We were able to tackle new facets of the issue at subsequent visits, and now, my home is incredibly more pleasant to be in and the issue that caused so much distress in the home no longer causes epic meltdowns. I highly recommend Firm Foundations Counseling to children and adults alike.
