Update 5 days later. I have since gotten a hold of 2 people supposedly whom were gonna "call me back". One was through their number on Terri Browns Psychology Todays page and she never got back to me. Another one was one of the original ladies I spoke to in the billing department. She was also the one I texted my insurance inform to. She said she couldnt help me, but would pass along a message for me.
