By far the most rude and disrespectful customer service I've ever experienced. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Gun transfer prices change depending on who you are. They told me $50 on the phone and $75 when I showed up in person which is extremely high. Do not do an online gun transfer to this store they will hold your gun hostage until they feel like giving you a call. If your not WHITE you will definitely feel unwelcomed in this establishment.

Forget what negative Walt has to say, the truth is in terms of pricing the prices at this store beat any brick and mortar gun store in the area by a mile, the staff and the overall expierence is 100x's better than the archery and gun club on 9th street. Sure, that store looks more modern but the prices are ridiculous, everything takes longer than it should and I've been blatantly lied to by a salesman there on numerous occasions. I will shoot at the Archery and Gun Club because it's close but I will never purchase anything m... read more

So before I gotten directions to the place the staff told me to come in around 6pm because certain instructors would be better, only to get there I had to find my way thru a dark non visible parking lot. When I arrived the staff looked me and my gf up and down and said ranges areas are full. So I then mentioned to the guy about the phone call and he shrugs his shoulders and said well I can't help you.

I shopped for my weapon for weeks before deciding on the Sig P250. On this particular visit, Larry was awesome. No pressure. Very helpful and knowledgable in regards to what I was looking for and the background checks. Not to mention the wide selection of handguns and pricing was very reasonable by comparison to what i had been researching. My "PICS" was done in about 5 minutes. My 2nd visit here was to shoot on the range. Greg & "Rick" (I think his name was) also were very patient and helpful. I will definitely be purchasin... read more
