The resident manager, Nick, is great. Whenever I've had a problem-- minor or major-- he's been prompt, proactive, and professional.
manager has been very helpful and quick to respond, even going out of his way on short notice to help with problems i had while moving units. quick to handle maintenance requests. ive never had any issues while living at this complex.
Great apartments and townhouse. Manager Nick is awesome. What a rock star. Does most of the remodel himself and keepg by 6
COCKROACH infested units."MAKE SURE YOU ARE TAKING PICTURES!" And safe keep them until you move out, sadly my family and I made that mistake of not doing so. They do some shady business practice. Also the landlord seems to thinks he knows everything and for those people who are emotionally sensitive, avoid this place because landlord is RUDE and does not seem to have a good sense of GOOD customer service.
