Mrs. I have visited the spa since it opened and have always had the best of service. The lady who gives facials is the best I have ever had and I've had them all over the United States. She is Cathy. Always courteous service.

Disappointed I've been a loyal customer of Firewheel Day Spa since they opened. However, my last few trips have made me reconsider. While they are improving on the atmosphere (definitely more spa-like), I've been disappointed in the service. During my last visit (for a shellac manicure) the nail tech was horrible. He cursed when he did speak and then did an awful job. Unfortunately, this has been my experience more often than not with this place. Sad.

such bad service that it makes me vomit Worst customer service..very aggravating...and didn't even care to help...it had expiration date for gift certficate...wouldn't use money in certificate for other specials...so lame

Disappointing My husband paid $150 for a gift certificate to this Spa. I used $110 worth of it for various services, different appointmens each time, as I like to spread my pampering out. Unfortunately I left my remaining balance certificate in an old purse and forgot about it. I found it 7 months later and went to the spa for $40 more of pampering my husband paid for. Unimpressed Rita, In regards to your gift certificate, The Texas Legislature early last year passed a new law to help make the gift card process more understandable for consumers. Beginning in 2009, this new law will require card issuers to fully disclose expiration dates, monthly fees and contract terms at the time of purchase. Never going back I have been to this spa several times and it only gets worse. The ambiance is great and almost makes you want to come back, however the people doing the services are terrible! I had a manicure done and my finger got cut and was bleeding. On another day I had a pedicure done and I had a mole/growth which the girl decided, without saying anything and attempted to snip it off! I could not relax and I have made a decision to NEVER go back! They are terrible!! Doesn't seem very sanitary either!!

HATED IT The worst ever pedicure with horrible customer service. Had to go and get another pedicure and asked by the lady doing the pedicure "if it had been a while since my last pedi".

Great Acrylics! I got a full set of acrylic nails. This is the best job I've had done. They're thin, natural looking, and aren't lifitng even after 3 wks of housework.

Party Spa The Firewheel Day Spa & Salon is a great place to plan a girls' night out. They have at least 12 pedicure chairs and an equal number of manicure tables. It is immaculately clean which is so important in a spa. The staff is friendly and accommodating to groups.
