The apartments are too expensive for the quality you receive. Poor customer service from the staff.
I have lived here for many years, the new Management is awesome! Very attentive & kind. Dianne Gamez, Lacie Martinez, Vanessa Guevara, & all the staff are great!! ��
Firewheel checks all my boxes. High ceiling, open concept, natural lighting, wood floors, granite countertops, appliances included plus washer and dryer, gym, luxury pool, what more can you want?! Great staff, friendly, helpful and accommodating. �
These apartments are less than ideal for what they charge.
New apartment manager! Leave! And you too Vanessa! You can act like bicthes all you want. But it is so extremely unprofessional of y'all. These managers are extremely rude, condescending and and don't need to be in management or customer service. Do not live here! They do not care about their residents and they lie about how the use your deposits especially on the pets! And they will lose your money too!
We love it at Firewheel :) Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Feels like home away from home. The community sense here is amazing. The people at the office are wonderful.
Been with these guys since they first open. Great Appartment complex. Amazing events. Amenities are great. Very professional and friendly staff members. Caitlyn and Brianna you guys are awesome. I highly recommend this establishment.
We have so loved living here! The place is wonderful and the grounds are extremely well kept as are the units! All of the office staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. We love working with Caitlin, in the office! Her enthusiasim about Firewheel, was a huge reason we signed a lease here and she has been wonderful since moving in, even knows us by name to greet us! She is truly the best!!
