Bartender was rude, sarcastic and miserable, in her cowgirl hat. Draft menu in need of updating. Several drafts not available...EMPTY! First (and last) visit here, Always have an awesome time staying at the Tropicana, I definitely won't forget to avoid this place, with that arrogant, hostile employee!
LAUREN is the best!! I’ve been coming to the Tropicana for a long time. I have been going to the firewaters bar for about 4-5 years. ***Melaninated Advisory... Be cautious of this venue*** Came for a comedy show and left not laughing. The show itself was great, the Venue and their staff made it obvious we weren't welcome. Blatantly serving other guests that just walked up to them and overlooking me standing there. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Stopped into Firewater Saloon on a Saturday 7/25/26 afternoon and left without ever getting a beer. We stood at the bar for about 20 minutes while the young bartender appeared completely overwhelmed and didn't seem to know what she was doing. The older female bartender, who had just finished her shift, didn't bother trying to help the young bartender at all.
