***Melaninated Advisory... Be cautious of this venue*** Came for a comedy show and left not laughing. The show itself was great, the Venue and their staff made it obvious we weren't welcome. Blatantly serving other guests that just walked up to them and overlooking me standing there. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Stopped into Firewater Saloon on a Saturday 7/25/26 afternoon and left without ever getting a beer. We stood at the bar for about 20 minutes while the young bartender appeared completely overwhelmed and didn't seem to know what she was doing. The older female bartender, who had just finished her shift, didn't bother trying to help the young bartender at all. Ive been going to firewater for years. Always a pleasure. Great drinks. unfortunately when I went 5/7/26 5:30ish i was totally disappointed. My boys took me for mother's day. The barmaid ignored us. Didn't take my 10% off coupon even tho I gave it to her 2x. So we had the 1 drink & left. She served us & went to the end of the bar and that's where she stayed. Not great service.

Stopped by Firewaters recently, and had an unpleasant experience with a bartender named Juliana. Her Attitude was noticeably rude and unpleasant from the start. It felt like her customers were more of a bother than anything else. In my experience when working in the hospitality, industry, friendliness goes a long way, and this definitely wasn’t the case. Hopefully management pays attention to this situation Because it really impacts ones personal overall experience and willingness to comeback.
