We have had the same two alarms sounding for two straight months. Only been visited 4 times . Two guys in two days and neither knew the other was there for same reason. . This is a 24 hour care facility . Two alarms sound nonstop for over two months. With zero progress from Firetrol. Did I mention the tax payer is footing the bill . Yes you the reader of this post is paying for their lack of service . Putting residents in danger.
