My mom used to bring her dog here, and they were wonderful when she had to put her down. When I got a dog during COVID, they weren't taking any patients, so I went somewhere else. I was happy at the other vet clinic, but it was very expensive, and their hours were limited. It was suggested to bring my Yorkie to Firestone, and I'm glad I did. I called this morning to get a price to put my dog down and the EXTREMELY VERY RUDE Cassidy will make you not want to patronize this business. I was asking questions and she said "Like I said" very nasty and she told me she was putting me on hold and she slammed the phone down which hung up on me I called back and she wouldn't answer. It was better to go to the office in person and let her supervisor know that her poor customer service will cause them to lose business. If they care. Thank you but I'll go elsewhere.
