I called this morning to get a price to put my dog down and the EXTREMELY VERY RUDE Cassidy will make you not want to patronize this business. I was asking questions and she said "Like I said" very nasty and she told me she was putting me on hold and she slammed the phone down which hung up on me I called back and she wouldn't answer. It was better to go to the office in person and let her supervisor know that her poor customer service will cause them to lose business. If they care. Thank you but I'll go elsewhere.
I would give ten stars if possible! Very caring Dr! and the staff all of them are just awesome!
Been very happy with them since switching from another clinic. My dog's surgery was a success. Very caring staff also.
They take such amazing care of our dogs. We absolutely love them.
