Unfortunately I couldn’t leave my car due to a flat tire but Martin helped me putting my spare on, helped a lot, will definitely come back.
I called in yesterday for an appointment for tire rotation and spoke with ozzy , I came in today and walked in and first thing he says after letting him know im here for the appointment time is that im going to be waiting 2 hours for tire rotation. There was no transparency over the phone or update that where would be a longer wait. Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and this has never happened to me. Ozzy also didn’t care or to try and fix the situation , all he said is do you want to wait or not.
Took my car in for the tire pressure light. Martin helped me out. It was only a nail! You guys were fantastic!!
