I've had consistently good experiences at this location keeping my almost 10-yr-old Civic maintained and in good running condition.
On Sunday morning as I was getting ready to drive to Phoenix, I noticed my tire pressure was low. I pulled into Firestone and asked if they could check my tire pressure. I’m sorry I don’t remember the man’s name that helped me, but he came back with a picture of my rear tire that had two razor blades in it. I am so grateful they had a tire in stock and he was able to have it changed within an hour and I was back on the road. I really appreciate that you were there for me on Sunday. Thank you excellent customer service!
They always come through when I have a catastrophe. Friendly staff and usually super fast for the work they do
