Mike, Dave and Andrea are amazing service advisors attending to the high volume of customers. They always take care of each customer with respect and kindness. I have brought all my vehicles in for service and they make sure I get the best advice and satisfaction for my dollar. I recommend them to everyone.
Avoid this location if you can. They are understaffed, burnt out. Nobody working at this location is there because of passion, or because they want to be. They will give you excuses not to do work. Which is fine, they can do what they do, but you can also do what you do and choose a different location for your automotive servicing needs. Corporate, don't bother replying to this review. Came in with a flat tire, told me it would be an hour wait......3 hours later I was done! On a warranty tire!!! A bunch of kids working here! Don't waist your time at this location!
Mike is very good and knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service experience. Better than the other locations. Go above and beyond to assist you!! Andrea is amazing and friendly and helpful!!
