I had Bridgestone Ecopias on my wife's car through Firestone. Recently for family medical reasons her car has been making many trips a week to Phoenix. I noticed a noise that I assumed was tire balance but feared was possibly a bearing. I took the car into Firestone for a balance (I knew the fronts were low and could not be rotated, I had recently been in to have those fronts warrantied for millage but was declined due to “too much tread” even though the outside edge was basically void of tread). OH MY GOSH, literally couldn’t recommend them enough. Went in 10 minutes before closing because the metal piece under my car was dragging and i have to make it back to phoenix. The gal up front, was SO sweet and helped me out within minutes. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I told the girl i could hug her lol bc today was just a day of car problems
