Just like other tire places in tucson slow..and services take time or all day. Was hoping for better. Only good deal here is lifetime wheel alignment. Everything else is very expensive especially tires and mechanic work. Got a quote for spark plugs from douglas auto that was $100 dollars cheaper. Was told my cars service of wheel alignment would take an hour so I waited. Took two,not to bad in today's world. Should have had a ride pick me up.
