Mike at Firestone on Ina in Tucson Arizona runs a top notch business that continues to exceed my expectations at each visit. From my Ford Ranchero to my company vehicles, or a Ford Super Duty, there is no job too big. He and his crew will get it handled. It’s complete auto care to a “T.” It’s true what they say. Took my car in for screw in tire and they got me in quick!
Mike always takes care of mine and my wife's vehicles - we have a total of 3. Mike's willingness to stay late last week to get a simple flat repair done solidified the reason I continue to come to Firestone.
The staff here are friendly and trustworthy. I appreciate their honesty and not overcharging me for things I don’t need. It’s also great to be able to have my tire pressure checked anytime for free. Thank you!
