Was in a pinch and they got me squared away in no time. Customers service was great. If you need to get your car fixed come to this Firestone.
This was my first time here. I was a walk- in. I had to get new tires, they did not take advantage of me. I got the best price out of anywhere I have ever been. They are nice. Courteous and caring. I will be recommending them and coming back for future services. Plus, they are open on Sunday.
Made an 8:30 am appointment for a routine diagnostic service. By 10 am, they still hadn’t gotten around to it. Apparently they’re chronically understaffed.
