I default to taking my vehicles here given the reliability and consistency of service. James is especially a pleasure to work with and has been helpful both in scheduled appointments and unscheduled times I've come in due to immediate work (such as a flat tire). I intend on continuing to use Firestone for my car maintenance needs.
I have trusted this location for years to provide reliable, consistent, and excellent service on my vehicle. The front desk, James and Alex are so easy to work with. I have asked for advice in certain situations, when finances were tight, on which repair to prioritize. I have not been pushed for additional services, just to inflate the bill. I would heartily recommend this Firestone!
James was extremely helpful and attentive and gave me the best possible deal on some surprise services I wasn’t anticipating. I’ll definitely be back to this location for future services.
