Typically a great experience here. i have a lifetime alignment service on my vehicle but this most recent time i had new tires mounted and needed an alignment. made an appointment and was in an out in 40 minutes. took the car and was steering wheel wasn’t centered and pulling to the right when centered. took it back a week later and waiting 3 hours to fix their mistake because they can’t find a part to finish the alignment.
Problem free experience addressed with urgency, efficiency and professionalism in fixing a warranty issue. Completely hassle free and with a smile! They stand behind their product and work.....Thank you!
I bought tires on line that were shipped to and installed by the Firestone store on N. Cedar Bluff Rd.
A run of bad luck brought me in but the team made the bad situation more bearable. Thanks for being there during the snow!
