Quick and responsive
Rick was readily available to assist me upon checking in. He listened to my concern(s). I did not feel embarrassed for not knowing my vehicle's mileage and if it has wheel locks or not. He called me immediately as soon as he has other recommendations for services to be done at the time of my visit. I also recommend their lifetime wheel alignment.
The guys at Firestone in Riverhead are courteous and they treat me with respect. Making sure everything i asked for is taken care of. They always call when they see something and wait for permission to fix or correct the problem. I can drop my car to them on my way to work and its often ready before I get off. They most recently aligned my tires gave me a complete auto check, oil change and inspection.
This is my go to place for all things tire, break and general maintenance. Service is always great and quick. I send friend and family here. Very highly recommended.
