Terrible place. Charge you for services aren’t done. techs are lazy.
Last summer visiting Murrells Inlet Firestone from NH I discovered a bad front tire(wire exposed!). I explained the problem and asked to have the 2 front tires replaced. We negotiated that they'd do an alignment too. The guy who wrote the order left apparently. After a long wait, I noticed my car still unattended and it was close to closing. I think they forgot me, so I alerted another attendant. They pulled the car in. At closing time, I discovered they replaced the REAR tires and NOT the fronts!!! What a predicament! The b... read more
My truck had a flat tire this morning at 6:45AM late to work and in a huge rush.. I called Firestone off 17 in Murrells inlet. They understood my circumstances and my concerns, the answer I got with no hesitation “bring it right in” probably the best service I have experienced with owning a vehicle, they were kind very helpful and extremely responsive. Staff is always friendly and polite. Very helpful for someone who knows nothing about cars and car maintenance. I always come here when I have a problem with my car or need routine maintenance on my car. Then even helped me with towing it once when the battery died at a very reasonable price. I will continue to come here at this location. My family and friends come here at this location as well. I recommend this store.
