Brought my supercharged '16 Mustang GT with beadlocks/315s in the rear and drag skinnies in the front for a much needed alignment. The car has extremely tight clearances in the wheel wells and every shop I called in the Myrtle/Murrells Inlet/Pawleys area didn't want to take up the job. This was going to be the last shop I was going to call before I would have called it quits. Very good and fast customer service all the way around highly recommended.
Firestone quality, in my experience, varies with the store and franchise owner. This is an honest and quality franchise, IMHO. Today I'm buying tires and getting a lifetime alignment for a new-to-me car. It's not a cheap experience but they did everything they could to make it an enjoyable one. Can't say enough good things about Larry Evanto and his team. Orion has been especially helpful. I'm a regular now
I had an amazing experience with Firestone in Murrells Inlet! My brother recommended them, and I see why. Everyone but especially Steve & Orion were very helpful, professional, and kind. They were very thorough as I made my decision on which tires to buy for my newer vehicle. When I had an Unexpected-issue, they were quick to help. I can’t say enough, good things about them-highly recommend!!
Very busy place , so get an appointment. Nice people and very personable. Has a waiting area for the ones with only one vehicle,so have some patience!!
